Comandando pelo chef Benny Novak, o Ici Bistrô é um bom lugar para provar alguns dos pratos da cozinha francesa contemporânea. Todos os pratos que pedimos estavam excelentes!! Comi steak tartare e blanquette de veau que eu adoro e ambos estavam deliciosos! Não deixem de pedir de sobremesa o pain perdu (para quem não conhece, lembra o french toast americano mas é mais macio, mais gostoso, mais cremoso ou também pode ser um primo da nossa rabanada só que de brioche e mil vezes mais gostoso e com um creme inglês) com purê de pêra que é o melhor que eu já comi fora da França. Para os apreciadores de mil folhas, dizem que o da casa também é um dos melhores mas eu não sou muito fã dessa sobremesa. O serviço do restaurante estava bom e o ambiente também é muito agradável, muito aconchegante.
No horário do almoço, o ICI Bistrô que fica em Higienópolis conta com um menu executivo que inclui couvert, salada, prato principal e sobremesa.

Blanquette de veau (vitela ao molho branco) com tagliatelle.
Mil folhas.

ResponderExcluirThanks for the idea ? I haven?t reviewed any filter bottles ever, which is why I don?t tend to recommend them, however, my pals who have used them like them. Most I?ve seen are plastic though which is another downer. I?ll have to look into your stainless steel version. See how much the filter is and such.
